Par Beach Caravans are privately owned and let within the beautiful Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park complex which is owned by Park Leisure 2000 Ltd.
The Park is open from 7th March until the 7th January and is located with in a stones throw of the beach with its fine sands and safe bathing.

On site facilities include, a covered heated swimming pool, tennis courts and play ground with pirate ships.

Nearby is the world famous Eden Project, a little further is the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Lanhydrock Estate with it fine house and gardens.

If you are a keen walker you can enjoy the Cornish Coastal Footpaths which cross the park taking you to the picturesque village of Polkerris and on to the beautiful harbour town of Fowey, in the other direction Carlyon Bay with its stunning views of the coast and shoreline, further will bring you to Charestown and the tall ships.
